I recently went through the interview process with Vidushi Infotech and had successfully cleared all rounds except the final one. During this stage, I received an offer from another company, but since I was genuinely interested in Vidushi Infotech and had invested time and effort in the process, I asked them for clarity regarding the pending final round. Their team assured me the last round would be scheduled shortly and even requested that I postpone my joining at the other company by two days to accommodate the interview. Trusting their word and hoping for a transparent process, I agreed and delayed my joining accordingly. Unfortunately, despite my flexibility and clear communication, the interview round was never scheduled in those two days. Eventually, I was informed that the final round would not take place "for now," without any prior notice or follow-up. This delay and miscommunication not only wasted my time but also put my reputation at risk with the company I eventually joined late. It was extremely disappointing to see such a lack of accountability and respect for candidates' time and professional commitments. A simple upfront response from the company could have avoided unnecessary confusion and impact on my career decisions. I hope Vidushi Infotech reviews its candidate management process to ensure future applicants are treated with better transparency and professionalism.
