Incredibly quick and vague. One zoom interview that seemed to be the owner offering the job right away, and from that point on no communication was given unless prompted. I was told to visit the office (assumed it was a second interview) and met another front desk employee who offered a tour. No second interview was had, I was just occasionally asked to return for training. Went two weeks into that process and a solo shift before the accounting department even prompted me to sign paperwork.
