online application, 2stages face to face interview process. The company took it's time. 2 weeks to invite me for an interview, another 2 weeks to invite me for a 2nd interview. Never heard back from them after that so contacted them after a month to get an answer and they told me I wasn't successful. Unprofessional and very weird interviews (asking irrelevant questions- and they asked very few!). They do not seem to have any respect for candidates and don't mind wasting their time. Very disappointing experience for me, I really wanted to work for this company, but after this experience I am grateful i am not bound to them.
The interviewer was late 45 minutes and when he joined the call, he didn’t even say apologies, didn’t respect time and answers of the candidate. The whole process was not held formally and communication throughout the process was bad.
