The company contacted me for an interview and we had it within two days of their initial contact. It was via skype with two people. When I finished that interview they said that I would be contacted by HR to have a second interview. However, this second interview was just to clarify that I would be working in Paris and to tell me that I got the job.

The interview process took 4 months total. I had 3 interviews (first with manager & head of HR, second with executive, and third with department head at Moody’s) and 2 written assessments (an initial competency assessment that I had 3 days to complete and a 2-hour timed application based assessment). They were very disorganised with their hiring process. I never had a direct line of contact with the hiring team and was contacted by different people during every stage. After my final interview, the date passed on when I was meant to hear back. In the end, I had to contact the company to receive a rejection notice. I expected better, considering I had been interviewing with them for 4 months at that point. Very little courtesy from the company during their hiring process.
The company’s work seemed interesting, I just think they need significant improvements in their hiring process.
