It was a fairly simple process. You get called to interview and are first given a written aptitude test after which one of the managers will perform the technical round.

I went in person to attend this interview, it was for the position of software engineer. It wasn't hard but detailed knowledge is required to answer some of the questions
There were 3 rounds
1) Aptitude
2) Technical
3) HR round
The aptitude and technical round usually happen on the same day usually after you finish the aptitude round. If these two rounds are cleared your HR round will be scheduled
