Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un selezionatore. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Vim (Tel Aviv) nel mese di dic 2023
Colloquio
It starts with a phone screen and then a technical interview of 2.5 hours (usually done remotely, but I asked to do it in the office and they accepted). Then, an architecture design interview, followed by meetings with the CTO/HR.
The challenge was very easy, but despite displaying more than enough capabilities, great communication skills, and answering any questions above and beyond, they declined the rest of the process with the claim that the "test spec didn't pass". Well, at least 80% of it did and not enough time was given to cover for time lost because they weren't prepared for the interview on time. In response to this, they claimed the actual time for implementing the challenge was 2 hours only, but it was not stated or declared anywhere. Don't waste your time or they might waste it for you and then claim you failed, lol.
Ultimately, a poor and disappointing process. A good example of how *not* to evaluate candidates.

Domanda 1
Implement two endpoints using RESTful API. You can use whatever boilerplate and language you want, but they have a JS test spec, so you have to install Node.js, which makes sense to just use JavaScript for everything.
