The overall interview consists of six stages. The first is Phone Screen, which lasted about half-hour with a pleasant recruiter. I got informed about the company, a little bit about the position and hiring process, as well as I was asked to tell about myself. The next stage was Department Screen with a manager of the role I was applying for. The duration was half-hour during which I was introduced to the role and was asked about my background and experience. Technical Interview was the next stage with an hour duration. It was dedicated to the preparation of an ER diagram for a real-life scenario. The following was the Paring Session, an hour duration. This stage aimed to reveal the interviewee's ability to solve some real tasks within a limit of time. The only stage with a group of people, rather than just an interviewer and an interviewee, was Culture Fit, half-hour, which was intended for getting to know each other. Final Leadership Call was the final stage, half-hour, with the team leader. During this stage, I was asked again about my background, skills, and experience. This call was full of questions and answers.
I want to mention that I enjoyed speaking to all of the interviewers and I think I’ll just have fun working with that group of people.
