It was a semi-structured online question-and-answer experience 30-40 minutes long, with a little bit of commentary at first on the school and the role in question. The first 20-25 minutes concerned questions from interviewer, who held the job title/status of Vice-Principal. The last 10-15 minutes concerned questions from interviewee/oneself.
