This was by far the worst interviews I've been on. As a recent graduate and someone who's moved up from London to Nottingham, I was eager to start working. But this was pure exploitation. This is a company PYRAMID SCHEME. My interview was taken over by a woman, I was taken to Mapperly, to a Costa to spend 5 hours writing about qualities for the job and not given any incentive or clue as to what the company actually does. The woman eventually tells me that they're a 'Trainee Management Program' completed disregarding me saying that I applied for a different position. In the end, I was driven to Mapperly by this woman and then told had to take the bus back to the city office on my own - why did they bring me out of the office? Not only did I stupidly spend money on eating at Costa (I was encouraged to get 'whatever I like') I spent money on a bus back when I'd been taken out of the city centre. Ridiculous. I hope this company fails. Thank you to all the over reviewers, without that I probably would've fallen for this scam. What a waste of time.
