It starts with a logic and cultural fit tests. After that, there are some technical tests and interviews. At the final step, you receive a Case Test and discuss it in a final interview with the CTO. The process is very quick, fair and transparent.

Colloquio
The first stage was a logic test in which one is required to fill in the missing piece in a 3x3 grid. This was accompanied by a personality test, with the purpose being to evaluate how the individual would fit in with the company culture. The second stage is a technical interview, with questions spanning Python coding, Django, PostgreSQL and Pandas along with testing basic grasp over English comprehension. The third stage is a 15 min interview with one of the co-founders.
