Loose and non structured. Seems they are keeping applicants away from current operational employees. Given the reviews I figure they are trying to shield from negativity.
Managers seem pleasant and talk up the opportunities.

All the usual questions, current job etc. - but they really want to explore ability to work in a non structured environment in which you clearly need to be very independent with you work.
