The process took three weeks. First online application, then situational judgment test , video interview and final assessment centre (which was online due to COVID). Good overall support from HR, and useful feedback received at all stages.

I did the online test with some behaviour questions. Overall the questions are easy but I failed to pass the test. The questions are all very simple and short, and it seems that there is no "correct" answer.
