After submitting your resume it takes a few days to a week to hear back. Regardless of if you are selected for an interview or not you will hear something back. Depending on the position there will be a preliminary phone interview. They ask different probing questions and then let you know that they will be in contact with you. They will call to set up an interview and they will ask you deep thought provoking questions. They do not expect you to answer all of them. They were extremely warming and professional.
