6 weeks after application was submitted I had first phone interview (15min) with director of the program I would be working in. Another month passes I received a second interview. Questions were very straightforward focused around my experience and skills. Over the next month I requested 4 separate occasions to be updated about a timeframe on the position, I received no update until over a month after my second interview with a automated rejection email. Outstandingly unprofessional experience. No answer from HR on emails or calls, nothing. These are incredibly stressful economic times for those without jobs, making people wait over 8 weeks after an interview to have any idea whether they were selected is outlandishly inconsiderate.
