Interviewer was nice but impersonal. You kept your camera on while she would keep hers off. It was also mentioned that during training, at any time, they would have the ability to take a look if you were able to provide a backup laptop or router at any time, and not doing so would void your application. Training, while has allowance, is only dispensed after matching with a client. Very demanding for a job that offers a base salary of $3/hour for non voice accounts. They also have an extension that you must comply with that will take a screenshot every 5-15 minutes when you work, so also keep that in mind - that is something they disclosed.

It was quite different from the past interviews I have had, the interviewer did not turn on her camera and I was the only one who had it on. The interview questions where basic questions related to my resume and my designated work are in which I can say is emphasized well during the interview.
