my interview experience was disappointing. Although Virtusa is a well-recognized company, Unfortunately, the interview process did not reflect the level of professionalism I expected for a QA Automation Tester role. The interview was rescheduled twice, and during the actual discussion, many of the questions were not aligned with the job description or relevant to the position. Additionally, the interviewer mentioned that they had not reviewed my resume beforehand, which gave the impression that the interview was not adequately prepared.

They conducted drive 09 Aug 2025 for multiple positions i went for automation qa position I answered almost all questions and asked to write dynamic xpath i wrote with generic method how can we parameters that generic function he told good and i answered all questions And he asked me to write code in paper , so I wrote He didn't selected for 2nd round But I also observed who went interview room for just few minutes and they got selected for 2nd round I am bit confused , because I felt answered well for questions even he didn't selected
