It was telephonic interview for one of their reputed client I got selected in first round of interview then they called me for Face to Face round same client location in Pune, in that also I got selected and week after I got call from VirtusaPolaris HR, he congratulated me and asked for documents for release offer letter, I sent all including recent salary hike letter, at the time of salary negotiation it’s on phone call only they are bargaining like vegetable market, after a long discussion I agreed amount which they would like to give me. I waited a long for offer letter I was following twice to hr, but he started to excuses, later on I got call from Client who is sitting at London office where I got cleared first round of interview and he was asking me why did you reject offer. Isn’t it too unprofessional, I asked him unless and until they didn’t release my offer how I could reject it. Not expecting MNC like VirtusaPolaris...

Two technical round.. medium level questions from dotnet , sql, design patterns and Azure cloud. Salary discussion with HR.. Document submission along with a self attested declaration form… I conveyed my expectation and she agreed to release the offer for the same.. i guess it took around 15 days to release an offer and guess what she offered me the same package that i was getting from a top MNC.. I replied with reason and rejected the offer and ask to provide an updated one.. but no response for around 15 more days.. I got a call on other day and HR told me she is going to release an offer today or by the end of tomorrow.. I did wait for 3 more days and then sent her mail .. no response.. again sent a reminder after another two days.. i got the call saying that there are holidays in main office but she is having an soft copy and she will definitely share with me next Monday that is after 3 more days.. Days passed and i didn’t receive the offer.. and i am not even thinking for any further follow up.. Waste of time and energy.. I just blocked this company at my preferred job portals so just to save my precious time that i can utilise to listen other good opportunities..
