well to start from written test it is totally difficult for a non cs guy to crack it. But i wont leave it there even though i don't know a lot of cs subjects bu i attempted it then i got selected for interview then in interview it is totally based on java. Then after that call from hr then after 1 day i came to know i got paced

First round: Section A: MCQs in JAVA,UML,SE and SQL (have to answer 40 questions in 50 minutes), Section b: 2 Programming questions in JAVA(20mins for each program)
Second Round: Technical interview
