I went to Hinjewadi Phase II location for interview.It tooked 5 hours for the process. I had make my entry 1st at entrance of Embassy 2nd at the building of Virtusa and 3rd in the reception of company. I had 2 technical rounds which I cleared than I had 2 Managerial rounds of which I cleared 1 than I had to wait for 1 hour to meet 2nd Manager after meeting him He asked me questions on my stability in the company after reviewing my resume though I answered him He was not satisfied. Than He asked me to wait than He came and asked me to leave. So I just wanted to say He did took time may be few seconds to say I can leave after waiting and clearing 3 rounds but I wasted my 5 hours and a chance to interview somewhere else. Before anyone go for interview in virtusa Please ask HR to review your resume before shortlisting it as after wasting a day of yours and then getting your resume review on last minute and hearing you CAN LEAVE leads to your loss not the management.

They gave me a time for an interview, and when I arrived some other position interview drive was going on made me wait for about 2 hrs. Finally to say that no one is available to conduct the interview and that they are sorry.
