Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Virtusa (Hyderabad)
Colloquio
I went through four rounds of interviews with Virtusa and stayed committed throughout the process, even accommodating multiple time slot changes due to panel availability. Despite being flexible and patient, I never received any final response or communication — not even a basic update or closure email.
This level of disorganization and lack of follow-up reflects poorly on the candidate experience. Candidates invest their time, energy, and hopes into these interviews, and it’s only fair to expect transparent communication in return — especially after several rounds.
I genuinely hope Virtusa addresses this gap and improves their hiring process. A little consideration goes a long way.

The process lasted about a month and a half because the company wasn't sure if the role would actually exist. While the HR staff was professional and the interview with the Polish team went well, the final round was a letdown. Since ITmagination was acquired by Virtusa, the final interview was led by a manager from India and Virtusa who treated it like an interrogation rather than a conversation. I didn't even get a chance to ask any questions; it was just a long series of questions directed at me.
