The hiring process was quite long as I had to speak to several different people. However, things progressed steadily and the recruiters were in touch all the time. When I had questions it was a little hard to get hold of them however they always returned my calls and answered my queries. At the end of the process I got an offer, the day after the last call. The documents followed pretty quickly too. On more than one occasion interviewer cancelled the call due to other engagements. However they were promptly rescheduled by the recruiters. Everyone is buys, the company is in growth phase so resources are maxed out. However it is a young company and everyone is driving growth, so it is overall a good problem to have.
