I went through an extensive interview process that spanned more than two months, consisting of 11 separate interviews with 8 different interviewers, including the final in-person interviews after being flown to one of Visa’s offices. While not being selected was disappointing, it was overshadowed by frustration with Visa’s unprofessional handling of post-interview communication, especially given the significant time, travel, and preparation invested over several months.

4 interviews: hiring manager, 3 peers or former leaders of the corp strategy team. All interviews were conducted virtually within a few days. Everything was diligently coordinated by the in-house recruiting team.

I applied via LinkedIn and their website. I was contacted by the head of HR and had a phone interview. Then, I was invited for an in-person interview. And the last stage, I did not expect and I had a panel interview with a VP and 2 Senior Directors
