Initial interview followed by a presentation to senior management. NO great surprises and you felt they were going through the motions with HR. One lady just sat I the corner and didn't way a word the whole way through, very off putting, turned out she was the boss. She also spent half the time on her blackberry , obviously her mind was elsewhere.

There were four interview rounds—peer, associated team, hiring manager, and senior director—each lasting about 30 minutes. The interviewers were punctual, patient, and friendly, making the process itself positive. However, it has been nearly a month with no follow-up from HR, which significantly impacted the overall experience due to the lack of closure.

4 rounds of interviews, was expecting technical questions but were mainly behavioural. All panel members kept saying, 'We wish you join us' repeatedly but they rejected me. Recruiting HR never spoke with me on phone ever, just interacted through TA.
After 4 positive rounds, if they are rejecting a good candidate it means either they found someone internally, or settled for a candidate with lesser CTC expectations - I wish they could be upfront about it.
