It was surprisingly, extra-easy for me as a software programmer. It took me a while to realise that it was because the position was for a test engineer. Questions may vary depending on your position. My original recruiter left Visa after referring me to the hiring manager, on the very next day. And my scheduled interview got cancelled twice and I had to mail them time and again to get another call. Finally, I got a call scheduled but a different person (his subordinate) took my interview. He didn't seem prepared with any particular questions in mind and luckily wasn't too demanding. A quick 45 minute call that ended much sooner. I got assigned to a new recruiter who was very accommodating and helpful. My original offer was for the Austin, TX office but they agreed to shift me to Foster City, CA since I had a similar team here and I stay in the Bay Area.
