Two rounds of phone interviews. First round was very brief less than 10 minutes speaking with a recruiter. Asked about resume and why Visa. Second round spoke with two people for thirty minutes each. More in depth resume questions, why visa, and lots of questions on technology. Wanted to gage if you understand the payments industry and how it relates to technology.
