One of the worst interview experience I have ever had in my till today career. One suggestion, if you are really good technically please do nit even go here for interview. My interview was scheduled with an employee referral. Before calling me for interview they asked my complete details like current and expected CTC and stuff. They pleased me to come at 9:30 am for the interview so that they can start and finish on time. I reached there at 9:15 and my interview started at 12:30 pm. They made me wait for almost 2 hours. HR was least bothered and was just chilling out in breakout area and busy eating. Once the interview started (Panel members were really good and very welcoming) , it was like a cake walk and cleared all the 4 f2f tech rounds . I left for the day as all the rounds were completed . Next day HR calls me says "congratulations the interview was positive with a very good feedback but I will have 1 more round with manager who sits in US and that will be of formality sake. I was very happy. After that day till another 20 days no one from VISA was even bothered to contact me. After me following up with them for couple of times they scheduled the manager skype round. I was like finally they got time. On the day of interview they cancelled it saying manager is busy and scheduled it for next day. Next day same story happened and they cancelled it again. After that they were again least bothered to atleast update me. Then on one fine day around 8 days after they called me and said this is the final meet we are scheduling and really sorry for previous stuff. I was like and accepted the skype meet request. On the interview day i was waiting on the call like an idiot and no one showed up. I was done that day with visa and decided to never ever join such unprofessional people who do not care at all. It was heights of negligence. I blasted the HR and what they reply me is "Sorry for the inconvenience caused, will get back to you in 48 hours", it was like some customer care. And then again after 1 week they send me mail saying "sorry we have already filled the position"
