1- Screening call with HR
(back and forth for scheduling and lots of problems during the call)
2- technical round with Scrum master and PM
the interview was ok, but they both kept on checking the time every five mins, If I was explaining something or asking a question, they mentioned, lets look at the clock. so it was a little annoying. Felt like they are taking interview just for sake of it.
5 weeks time between 2 calls.

1 RH : classique explication du parcours et motivations
2 techniques: avec des projets managers de l'équipe et le dernier qui était plutôt axes motivation raconter son expérience avec N+2

Knowledge about payments industry is tested. Should have a good know-how of digital solutions e.g. tokenization, APIs etc. Should have background in Financial services or banking or consulting or fintech

2 45 minute interviews, first with the hiring manager second with 2 members of the team. First section of both interviews was going through CV, motivations and the role. Second section was more about competency questions, how you work with different groups of stakeholders.
