Extremely straightforward. Recruiter call followed by 1-2 phone screens and then onsite, which lasted about half a day at the most. The recruiting/coordinating side got a bit messy/disorganized, but the actual team interviewing was very organized.

3 rounds, 4 phone interviews total. The job was listed in my school's career website, but they did not personally recruit on campus. Thus, all of my interviews were through the phone. Very easy overall, a lot of behavioral questions and they really seemed to emphasize telling a story, not just your abilities.
