Applied directly online from the company's website. First received a call from HR, followed by verbal and numerical online tests. Scored high on both and then being invited to an assessment day where they put you on a role play, priority for work test, followed by the actual interview. Their interview process is complicated and dont expect someone to answer your questions after the first few minutes after the tests start. They were unhelpful during the whole interview. Their interview tests at the assessment day was not effective at all, I agreed with emloyees who rated low for this company. Would not recommed this company for anyone even for an interview as there is no experience to gain from, absolute waste of time...

The tests at the assessment day were difficult, even if you are prepared, you wont complete these tests within a short time and dont expect an answer if you have a question about the tests. Apart fro the tests, the usual interview questions were: Tell us why you applied for this role, what do you believe you can bring in to our team, what are your weaknesses, have you ever wanted to achieve something and failed in your previous jobs, give examples...

Very thorough and smooth interview process. It consisted of 3 separate parts. The first part was a competency based interview and review of my CV. The second part was an exercise. The third part was an informal discussion of the role with a current employee.

Screening interview with HR, then online test and finally an on-site assessment centre day. Easy process, people were friendly overall but not very communicative before and after process. No offer due to an internal budget issue apparently...

Applied online and was invited for an interview with 2 individuals.
Interview was a waste of time as they both spent majority of the time complaining about their experiences with my current employer as opposed to actually interviewing me.
Also got the impression that they weren't actually sure of the position they were supposed to have been interviewing me for.
