CV/ motivational letter screening, followed by standard SHL testing process. First stage is behavioral, if passed it takes you to cognitive ability test, and that, if passed, to a video interview. Then shortlisted candidates are contacted.

Why did you consider an internship at Visa and why in the finance department?
Different questions concerning the candidate academic and professional path. One specific question on finance. The process is quite easy, the hr manager gives you time to answer without pressure. The overall interview lasts 30 mins and it is performed online.
