I had 4 interviews for the role and one with the recruiter. The impression has been really favorable from the beginning to the end. Even though I still don-t know if I will get the job, this impression is not related to the final outcome, and more connected to the people involved, their attitude and desire to make me feel at ease. Questions and context were of course complex, as it should be for a Director role, but this made the interview and entire process just more enjoyable.
