Brief. Scheduling prevented me from interviewing immediately, so I had to settle for something a few weeks in later. The recruiter/HR mentioned they had wanted someone asap. I interviewed with my future supervisor, and he went through the basic process, but he kept looking at his watch. It appeared that they had already made up their mind when I finally got a chance to interview. I put a lot of effort into the whole process, and I met more than 80% of the requirements, but I felt they only met me half way. I never got any response afterwards, even after attempting to contact the original recruiter/HR.
