Four step process after online application and no response for a month. 1. phone call from recruitment to check availability and interest and schedule interview with line manager. 2. within a few days, a phone interview with HR and line manager to explain the role, responsibilities and guage the fit. 3. invitation to on-site interview. A case study presentation. A team interview and A final interview with Line manager and department head. 4. offer and negotiation about start date

After the application, there was no communication for over a month. Then a call from HR to schedule a screening call with the line manager and HR. This was to determine the fit to the role and expectations. Very friendly process. The next step was an onsite visit comprising a case study presentation, a meeting with the team and then a final interview with the head of the department, line manager and HR. Over all a very pleasant experience and short turnaround time once the process started.
