30-40 minute dicuss about my background. My education level, my programming skills (languages and what I've done in each language). They didn't give me any problem to solve neither asked me about a specific algorithm or system, we talked about their projects and there was interaction (through which they could see how you think maybe). The company was founded by 3 electrical & computer engineers at 2007, and continues as a small and steady growing team. Aroun 20 working people at the moment
