There was no process as such, I am a 10 yr experience HR professional. The recruiter called to confirm the interview timing n date without screening or infact giving details on Job profile. He just kept telling we have many HR openings I found it very unprofessional to call experience people without screening and sharing JD alongside once they visit for interview ask them to go through an entry level aptitude test. I am experience in PMS n OD consultant in a MNC and i found the hiring process disgusting. Complete waste of time and energy , looked like the recruiters and HR there just want to show number of candidates been interviewed for any required number of vacancies in HR
