Applied through email. Received an email about a phone interview a few days later, the phone call was extensive but the interviewer asked great questions and seemed really nice. From there I had a phone interview with the main guy in the office, he asked me more questions related to the position and also seemed really nice. A day later I set up a time and day for an onsite interview. The office is in a nice location in a small but productive office with open desks. I met with the man I talked to on the phone as well as the person who I'd be learning from in the position.
