They were looking for foreign employees to fly in and work on local projects in Oslo. I'm assuming that way they were looking for cheaper work force. As a result their offered salary was fairly small, however they were very cool accepting me as 3rd party consultant. That might have been due to the fact that they had to fill in position in the project fast. Interview process though was extremely simple, they pretty much just asked about my experience and aspirations. No technical part, which sounded kinda scary at first, because it seemed like they do not give technical to other candidates as well, however, as it later turned out recruitment process often differs from candidate to candidate, but usually is fairly thorough.
