The interview process started with a meeting with a UX designer from the team. We discussed my experience, and approach to UX challenges. The questions were reasonable but could be a bit unexpected at times.

Firstly HR contacts the candidate, then the curriculum is discussed in an interview. Then a sample design task is assigned and performed at home. This is then discussed in another interview.

The interview was relatively simple; I began by discussing myself. The standard questions: why Visma, etc. I was given two tests in the second interview, and the third was a task sent to me via email and discussed with the team I should have worked with.
