We took a quick tour of the building and the area I would be working in then came to an interview room where he described what they do and laid out my job description. Then he asked about the info in my resume, like what similar experience do I have and he asked me to describe in detail what I did at former jobs that were similar to that job and asked about my salary and also my reason for leaving the jobs that were on my resume. Then he asked if I had any questions and told me what the pay would be and asked me if that was acceptable for me. Then he told me someone would call me back by the end of the day but it was actually the next day that I got the good news phone call.
