Transparent from the start, good attitude, and honest. It was not for me because they expected me to find all the leads, clients, to run a full day event every month, coach 8 clients with a one to one session. They said this should take 3 days a week. You do not get paid until you get 8 clients onboard, which could take 8 months to 12 months. I personally did not see the benefit of being with the company, because I could do this for myself and not use Vistage and get to keep all the money for myself rather than split it with Vistage. The thing I appreciate is that they were honest and if you feel like you need a bit of hand holding then you could use Vistage, but I did not fancy working 3 days a week for 12 months without pay.
