Did a quick interesting personality test first. The spokesperson for the interviewing panel seemed to focus on how long I was at former positions and why I left, not on what I accomplished while I was there. The repeated response was a mere okay in a tone I felt displayed disdain or disbelief. It failed my test as a potential place of employment as I felt disrespected. It was explained to me at the end that a second interview, which I would not have accepted if offered, would include much more in depth personality testing, a criminal record check, and a credit check.
