I had a very positive interview experience at Vitabiotics. My interview altogether lasted just over an hour, and I was seen by both the directors. They asked me questions about my previous experience and why I applied for the role. They were both very friendly and asked lots of questions about where I wanted to go with my career and why, which made me feel like they want people to stay and grow with the company.

It was a long dragged out process. I had the 1st and 2nd stage interview 2 weeks apart from each other. Then a week after my second stage the Hiring Manager called me to say that my second stage was successful and they wanted to invite me to a 3rd stage just pending the CEO's availability. She then went completely silent on me for 2 weeks, despite me chasing up on a weekly basis. Only to send me a generic rejection email. I asked for feedback as to why and what changed in that time and yet again she went silent on me. I emailed the recruitment manager only then I got a response. The Hiring Manager has no clue what she is doing and in hindsight I am glad I never got the job. Despicable, appalling and highly unprofessional behaviour. I have been doing recruitment for nearly 10 years now and never have I treated anyone like this during their interview stages or neither have been in a process with a company that treats candidates in this manner.
