The HR contacted me after reviewing my resume and over the phone went through a series of questions (mix of basic C and DSP-static/volatile, interpolation/filtering). Seemed like it was a basic screen.
After a couple of goofups in scheduling, this was followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager that went a little deeper into my experience and more C/DSP mix of questions. They said they would like to do a live coding interview after this, it was over google drive + codepad.org (it has own little quirks when compiling your code). It seemed to go pretty well but after that interview there was dead silence!!
Even after a couple emails to follow up, I basically heard back nothing. Even when rejecting a candidate, I expected at least clear communication saying so.
