I interviewed remotely over Microsoft Teams with various team members. The whole process took about 2 and a half weeks, it probably would have been a bit quicker but it took place before and after the holidays so there was a few days between.
There were several rounds of interviews that all placed emphasis on culture fit, working style, and mindset. The questions varied based on the individual who was conducting each interview. The final interview was a panel interview conducted virtually.
