Very brief explanation of their test and what's required from us to complete their test. After I completed the test, I was told I might get a call or email with further instructions to move forward.

There is a phone screening, personality test, typing speed test, and then interview. The assessment test took about 1 hour to complete and I received a call for a second interview shortly after.
