Interview was with HR. She was a bit uninterested in the whole process. General questions about work experience, previous salary and how I would react to specific situations. I was told that I would be informed whether I made the cut or not. I was informed after a month and a half for a second interview from a different person. The reason they gave me for the delay was that there were some changes in the recruitment department or something like that. They also contacted a friend of mine for a first interview for the same position after 2 months and the reason they gave her for the delay was that the position was closed and reopened.
