They asked about my understanding of some scientific knowledge, my expectation throughout the internship and they gave a very clear elaboration about what their aims, values and what they are doing.

How much doe you know about the appli0cation of PCR?
The session starts with a self introduction of the candidate and the interviewer asked about past experience and work experience stated on CV. The interviewer then introduced the company working culture and job scope in detail. The interviewer also gave opportunity for interviewee to ask questions.
