Excellent interview process in general, extremely nice people who make you feel comfortable and they give a really good explanation of job duties and what is expected. Unfortunately the whole process takes too long (3-4 weeks) and I found another job. I was offered the other job on the same day I was supposed to meet with them for the third or fourth time, and what I think would have been my final interview (it was with the owner). When I told them about my other offer, they kind of made me feel bad because the new job was a better salary. They also insinuated that maybe I was overqualified and I shouldn't have applied and "wasted their time". But truth be told, I thought they were great and would have taken the job at that salary just to work there, and I would have stayed there a long time. They just waited too long to decide. I think they might loose good candidates because they get snapped up by other companies who decide more quickly, especially for non-management positions. If you have the time, I would definitely apply there. They do seem to be an awesome company.
