Applied direct to HR ( referred from friend) via email with resume and cover letter. Took about a month and a half to get a response. Had a phone interview shortly thereafter. had an in person interview with director about a week later. Easy interview, with a bit of a language barrier. Filled out application right after. Got an offer to start the next week.
