As like most jobs opportuneness, I fell into this through networking. Interview lasted 10 minutes and was mainly focused on qualifications and personal achievements. My position was very unique due to the fact it was working on a new product Vivint will offer in the future but not currently.

Third one with office manager. This may very weather you are interviewed the third time over the phone or in person.
